  • We had a noise issue with our furnace which eventually stopped it from working. I called Brightside Plumbing and Heating and talked to Roshan to figure out what was wrong over the phone. With his excellent attention to detail, he figured out what needed to be replaced in a matter of minutes. I didnt expect him to come by till later afternoon to do work but he made an effort to come as soon as possible so that our furnace would be functional and our home would be warm for the evening. Roshan's care for his work and clients is above and beyond. We don't see calling anyone else on plumbing and heating needs in the future other than Brightside Plumbing and Heating.
